Cheddar & Roasted Garlic Biscuits

Chicken broth, garlic and shredded Cheddar cheese add great flavor to these tender and flaky biscuits.

5 cups all-purpose baking mix

OR buttermilk biscuit  mix

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese  (about 4 ounces)

1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth  (Regular, Natural GoodnessTM or Certified Organic)

2 clove garlic, minced

  • Heat the oven to 450°F.
  • Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork to form a soft dough. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto 2 ungreased baking sheets, making 24.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden. Serve hot.
  • Note: Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic is no longer available. Campbell's Kitchen has modified this recipe with chicken broth to deliver the same great dish you enjoyed.

RECIPE TIPS

  • Tip: Baked biscuits can be frozen. To reheat, wrap loosely in aluminum foil. Heat in a 375°F. oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
