Chicken Mediterranean with Ham

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil OR vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 to 6)
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2"-long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup diced cooked ham
1/4 cup Chianti or other dry red wine OR cup other dry red wine (optional)
2 cups Prego® Chunky Garden Combination Italian Sauce
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pimento-stuffed olive
Hot cooked rice
Directions:
Heat the oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 min. or until it’s well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Add the pepper, onion and ham. Cook and stir until the ham is browned and the vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the wine and cook for 2 min.
Stir the pasta sauce and olives into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 min. or until the chicken is cooked through*. Serve with the rice.
TIP: *The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 160°F.
