Neapolitan Pasta Shells

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium zucchini, sliced (about 3 cups)
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups Prego® Three Cheese Italian Sauce
1/2 of a 16-ounce package medium shell-shaped pasta, cooked and drained (4 cups)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Directions:


Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the zucchini, mushrooms, onion and pepper and cook until they're tender-crisp.

Stir pasta sauce and pasta in the saucepan. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
