Whole Wheat Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken Breast is seasoned with celery, onion, mayonnaise and yogurt to make a delicious chicken salad that is served with lettuce and tomato on Pepperidge Farm® Whole Wheat Bread.
Ingredients:
2 cans (4.5 oz. each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
4 tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves
Directions:
Stir the chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper in a small bowl. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices. Top with the tomato, lettuce and remaining bread slices.
