    I have made it serveral times for my family. I also prepared it for my in-laws while we went to visit them in Colorado. It always tastes great!! Instead of cubing the chicken I shredded mine for a more authetic taste.

    Another great choice for dinner. The leftovers freeze well. I wrap them individually in parchment paper and reheat them in an electric frying pan.
