Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves

1 egg

1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons mustard prepared

1 1/2 teaspoons mustard, prepared

1/2 cup brown sugar packed

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

2/3 cup ketchup

3/4 cup milk

  • In a bowl, beat the egg and milk.
  • Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt.
  • Add beef and mix well.
  • Shape into eight loaves; place in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
  • Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, spoon over loaves.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is done.
