3/4 cup milk
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix

This is a new family favorite. I made ranch roasted potatos instead of the rice and even the picky eaters in my house went back for more. This one's now in the weekly rotation.

We love this recipe! I've also made it with chicken and its so good. I use the instant minute rice. and maybe a little more milk because we like a lot of sauce.
