Chicken breasts are coated with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, then topped with a creamy garlic-mushroom sauce featuring Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup.
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Quite tasty! I personally am not a big parmesean fan, so the next time I make it, I'll leave it out. But otherwise, it's very good!
