1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural GoodnessTM or Certified Organic)3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
Heat the broth in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Tip: This recipe will work with any variety of Swanson® Broth. Florentine Simmered Rice: Add 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning to broth. Add 1 cup chopped spinach with rice. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve with additional cheese.
